SOMETHING ARRIVED DAMAGED
Send a photograph showing the problem and your order number, within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund it — in most cases you won't need to send anything back. The full policy sets out the detail.
WRONG SIZE
Everything is made to order, so we can't accept size exchanges — a printed garment can't go back into stock. Please check the fit before ordering, and write to us first if you're between sizes. We would rather answer a question than have you guess.
WHERE IS MY ORDER
Orders print in Mississauga and usually arrive within two to four business days of dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. If it's been longer than that, write to us with your order number.
